LYNNFIELD — The school department has announced special education, Chapter 766, records for the 2008-2009 school year will be destroyed on June 30.
If former students or their legal guardians wish to obtain a copy of their records, please contact: Lynnfield Public Schools Special Education Department, 525 Salem St., Lynnfield, MA 01940. Those who have any questions on obtaining copies of their records should call 781-581-5140.
The records that will be destroyed do not pertain to current special education student’s records. This notice does not pertain to students’ transcripts, which are covered under 603 CMR 23.06.
