LYNNFIELD — Patricia J. Costello, age 62 of Lynnfield, formerly of Middleboro, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, August 16 after an almost five year courageous battle against breast cancer. She was surrounded by her beloved husband, daughter and elder sister.
