Enjoyed boating, spending time with family

LYNNFIELD — Paula J. Fullerton, 81, of Lynnfield, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.

Born in Chelsea on June 21, 1943, Paula was the daughter of the late Edward and Eleanor (Brown) Domenichello. She was originally from Chelsea, where she cherished her upbringing and formed lasting memories. After proudly graduating from Mount Saint Joseph Academy in Brighton, Paula dedicated herself to her family as a devoted homemaker. Later in life, she found fulfillment working for many years at Northeastern University contributing her talents. Her spirit was truly alive during summer escapes to her cherished home in Deer Island, New Brunswick, Canada where she delighted in boating and making new memories with family and friends.

Paula’s heart always found joy in companionship, particularly through her beloved neighborhood book club and ladies lunch club, where laughter and stories were shared among fond friends.

Paula was the beloved wife of the late Russell E. Fullerton. She was the loving mother of Lisa J. Silva and her husband, Christopher, of Saugus; and Matthew R. Fullerton and his wife, Carrie, of Topsfield. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Kathryn Silva of Saugus; Emily Silva and her partner, Luis Cabrera, of Lawrence; John Silva and his partner, Delaney Chisholm, of Saugus; and Mason, Madilynn and Nicolas Fullerton of Topsfield. She is also survived by her great-grandson Kaden Cabrera of Lawrence. She was the sister of Robert Domenichello of New Hampshire; Lawrence Domenichello of Maine; Edward Domenichello of Florida; and the late Victoria Anderson. Many nieces and nephews also survive her.

Her funeral service was held in the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Monday, April 7. Visitation for relatives and friends was held prior to the service on Monday, April 7.
