HAVERHILL — Phyllis M. (Hatch) Hilton, 92, a longtime resident of Melrose, passed away at the Oxford Rehabilitation Center in Haverhill on Monday, Feb. 2.
Phyllis was born in Boston on Aug. 20, 1922 and raised in Melrose by her grandparents, the late Clayton W. and Lydia M. (Nickerson) Hatch.
