MAX CARROLL, age 8, was excited to welcome back the Gator Gallop, a 5K fun run/walk to benefit the Greenwood School and Wakefield Educational Foundation. This was his inaugural appearance. The 9th Gallop last Saturday had an impressive turnout and everyone enjoyed the festivities. Category winners received awards, a DJ blasted tunes and there were plenty of tasty treats available on the Lower Common after the race around Lake Quannapowitt.
