WAKEFIELD — Barbara (King) Keefe of Wakefield passed away peacefully on October 16 surrounded by members of her family.
Born in Everett in 1933 to William and Margaret (Downey) King. She was the devoted wife of over fifty years to the late Raymond F. Keefe of Everett. She was the loving mother of Linda Cioffi and her husband Rick of Wakefield; Gail Keefe of Lynnfield; and Carolyn Jordan and her husband Charlie of Wakefield. She was the sister of Jean Morecroft, Margaret Napolitano and the late Monica Meyers, Loretta Cormier and Thomas King. She was the cherished grandmother of Michael Cioffi and his wife Beatriz of Peabody; Rachelle Fitzpatrick and her husband Kyle of Stoneham; Kelly Tsomides and her husband Matthew of Tewksbury; Charles (CJ) Jordan and his wife Kristine of Haverhill; and Kayleigh Jordan of Wakefield. She was the treasured great-grandmother of Amberlyn, Anthony, Cameron, Theo, Cassandra, Gianna and Kiley.
Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Tuesday, October 21 from 4 to 7 p.m. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 22 at St. Patrick’s Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham at 10 a.m. For guestbook, visit mcdonaldfs.com.
