SEABROOK, NH — Kelly Jean Nelson, of Seabrook, NH, passed peacefully Tuesday October 1, 2025 surrounded by friends and family, after a brief illness.
She attended Wakefield High School and lived in Swampscott for many years following. She relocated to Seabrook, NH in 2017 where her and Bobby purchased a home. She worked for Ocean Transportation in Lynn for over a decade. She loved to be around friends, especially hosting cookouts at the house with family and loved ones. She will be greatly missed by many.
She was the wife of late Robert Boynton Sr. with whom she shared 20 years together, 10 years married. Born and raised in Wakefield, she was the daughter of late David T. Nelson. She is survived by her daughter Erika O’Brien; son Robert S. Boynton, Jr; grandson Sonny Boynton; brother Chris Nelson; and mother Maryann Nelson.
Her funeral will be held on Friday, October 10 at 10 a.m. in the Solimine Funeral Home, 426 Broadway Rt 129, Lynn. Burial to follow at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be Thursday, October 9 from 4 to 8 p.m. Visit solimine.com.
