Owner of KDA Truck Repair and loved working on modern muscle cars
DANVERS — Mr. Frank V. Bognanno, Jr., age 61, passed away on Saturday, July 24.
Born in Winthrop, Mr. Bognanno was the son of Gloria (DiMaggio) Bognanno-Fallon of Lynnfield and the late Frank V. Bognanno. He was the owner of KDA Truck Repair of Wakefield since 1991 and loved working on modern muscle cars. Frank was proud to be a fourth degree black belt in karate.
In addition to his mother, Frank is survived by his four children, Danielle Bognanno of Revere, Angela Bognanno of Malden, Frank V. Bognanno III of Wakefield, and Candice Bognanno of Saugus as well as their mother, Karen (D’Arcangelo) Bognanno; two grandchildren, Michael A. Imbruglia and Rosalee Bognanno; four sisters, Diane Caron of FL, Joanne DiNatale of Rowley, Carol Reid and Gina Pires both of Saugus; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours in the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., Saugus on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. A funeral will be held from the funeral home on Friday at 8:45 a.m. followed by a funeral mass in Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 17 Grove St., Lynnfield at 10 a.m. Interment at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in Peabody.
