Town Clerk: April 22 election ballots are ready

WAKEFIELD — Town Clerk Betsy Sheeran announced yesterday that the ballots have arrived for the 2025 Town Election, held on Tuesday, April 22.

Voting will take place at the Galvin Middle School, 525 Main St., Wakefield from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

For those who are unable to vote at the polls on election day, they may vote in person prior to the date of the election, they may come to the Office of the Town Clerk during Town Hall business hours and vote there, or they may request that a ballot be sent to them.

In order for a ballot to be sent to a registered voter, the Absentee Ballot Request form must be completed and sent to the Town Clerk’s office.

Once the request is received, a ballot will be mailed.

The request form is available on the Town Clerk’s website – www.wakefield.ma.us/vote.

The last day to register to vote for this election is Friday, April 11, 2025.
