The occasion was Parent University, the second community-wide event for parents and caregivers of students enrolled in Wakefield’s public school.

Town gets $102K for road work

BOSTON – The Wakefield state legislative delegation, including Senator Jason Lewis and Representatives Paul Brodeur and Donald Wong, is pleased to announce that the Town of Wakefield has been awarded $102,029 in state road and bridge repair assistance as part of the Winter Recovery Assistance Program (WRAP) through the Massachusetts Governor’s Office.
